She utilizes a balanced approach that may include psychopharmacology, cognitive-behavioral strategies, trauma-informed care, and lifestyle interventions, all tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
I provide psychiatric care and supportive therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on multicultural, underserved, and immigrant communities. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, PTSD, and substance use disorders. I also support caregivers, students, and professionals navigating life transitions, identity challenges, and emotional stressors. My approach is inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive, centered on meeting each person with empathy, respect, and personalized care.
Dr. Ramey’s care philosophy is rooted in the belief that healing begins with dignity, safety, and mutual trust. Drawing from Carl Rogers’ person-centered theory, she sees each individual as the expert of their own life experience. Her approach is empathetic, collaborative, and holistic, supporting clients not only through symptom relief but also toward emotional growth, self-efficacy, and long-term wellness.
At Mindgrove Health, Dr. Ramey’s mission is to empower individuals to reclaim their mental well-being and build lives grounded in purpose, balance, and resilience. As a provider, mentor, and mental health advocate, she is also dedicated to training the next generation of nurse practitioners through her clinical preceptorship and inclusive, educational practice model.
Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Feyisetan Ramey finds joy in activities that nurture creativity, connection, and personal growth. She is passionate about mentoring aspiring healthcare professionals, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds, and believes in the power of education to transform lives.
Dr. Ramey enjoys reading books on psychology, leadership, and spiritual well-being, as well as exploring integrative wellness practices that complement mental health care. She values quality time with her family, engaging in outdoor activities, music, and cultural experiences that deepen their bond and sense of community.
She also finds inspiration in faith-based service, advocacy for immigrant families, and creating safe spaces where individuals feel empowered to share their stories and reclaim their voices.
